Orders are shipped within 2 business days.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order ships. Once your package has been received by USPS, it is out of our hands.
If your package shows delivered, but you have not received it please reach out to USPS Customer Service at 1 (800) 275-8777. USPS will allow you to file a claim.

If you live in an area with a high risk of package theft, please reach out to us when you place your order to request a "signature required" delivery. Cosier is not reliable for any misplaced or stolen packages if the address provided matches with the address we have shipped your order to. If your tracking number reads as successfully shipped, stolen/lost packages are nonrefundable.
All sales are final! You may exchange any item for a different size within 10 days once your order is marked as "delivered" on your tracking link. The item(s) must be unworn and in the same exact condition as received. If you would like to exchange an item, send us an email at shopcosier@gmail.com and we will issue a return label.
If you purchased an XXL item and it does not fit, you can return it and we will issue a refund since we do not have larger sizes at the moment.
