Return & Exchange Policy
Orders can take up to 2 weeks to ship depending on inventory or if your order is custom. We are a small business based in Los Angeles, so please be patient with us :) We do offer same-day shipping on certain items, which will be noted in the description section of the item.
Overall, please allow up to 2 weeks (14 business days) for your order to ship, but we'll do everything we can to get it to you sooner. You will receive an email and tracking info once your order ships! If you need your order by a certain date, send us an email or DM and we will do our best to accommodate you.
If your package shows delivered, but you have not received it please reach out to USPS Customer Service at 1 (800) 275-8777. USPS will allow you to file a claim.
If you live in an area with a high risk of package theft, please reach out to us when you place your order to request a "signature required" delivery. Cosier is not reliable for any misplaced or stolen packages if the address provided matches with the address we have shipped your order to. If your tracking number reads as successfully shipped, stolen/lost packages are nonrefundable.

For custom orders such as our hoodies, sweatpants, and shorts, please note that the images of the products on the website will slightly vary from the actual product received since those items are made to order.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
You may exchange any item for a different size within 10 days once your order is marked as "delivered" on your tracking link. The item(s) must be unworn and in the same exact condition as received. If you would like to exchange an item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will issue a return label.
If you ordered an XXL item and it does not fit, we will issue a refund since we currently do not offer larger sizes.
